Blast Furnace Taphole Composite Brick

Our company can produce composite carbon-based taphole bricks for blast furnaces and corundum-based furnace door bricks.

The carbon-based taphole composite bricks we produce adopt a matrix brick structure, which is composed of semi-graphitized carbon, silicon carbide, aluminum-carbon-silicon carbide, ultra-microporous carbon, and internally porous carbon bricks. These materials possess excellent thermal conductivity and thermal shock resistance. The matrix brick is manufactured using a one-time molding process, avoiding weak points caused by multiple joints during ramming. The taphole is processed with high-precision CNC machining, ensuring high accuracy and a smooth internal surface without damage.

The advantages of one-time molding, high-quality materials, and high-precision processing effectively extend the service life of the taphole and significantly improve overall smelting efficiency.

Additionally, our company can customize taphole matrix bricks and ramming carbon bricks of other materials according to user requirements.
